- Josie’s Journey: How she got here, now that is a story. She was born in Catania, Italy. After an eight year stay in Australia, her family immigrated to the USA in 1977. “The streets are paved with gold,” so her father heard from American relatives visiting Italy. She knew it was an exaggeration, but her family was trying to make a point. With hard work and sacrifices, they achieved the American dream.
- Before a career change to accounting, she was a business owner for twenty-four years, managing all facets of a business.
